About - Patalsu Peak Trek

Patalsu Peak Trek is a beautiful short Himalayan trek near Manali, known for its forest trails, alpine meadows, scenic campsites, and summit views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
The trek starts from the Solang / Shanag side and gradually climbs towards Shagadugh campsite before the final summit attempt to Patalsu Peak. From the top, trekkers can enjoy wide views of Solang Valley, Hanuman Tibba, Friendship Peak, and nearby Himalayan peaks, subject to weather conditions.
This trek is suitable for beginners with good fitness, students, groups, and travellers who want to experience a short summit trek near Manali.

How To Reach

Arrival Point
Guests need to reach Patlikuhl as per the reporting time mentioned in the package. Pickup will be arranged from Patlikuhl and guests will be transferred to Base Camp Hirni.
By Volvo / Bus

  • Guests can take an overnight Volvo / bus from Delhi or Chandigarh towards Manali.
  •  Guests should get down at Patlikuhl, as per pickup instructions.
  •  Pickup timing will be shared before the trek.

By Flight

  •  Nearest airport is Bhuntar Airport, Kullu.
  •  From Bhuntar, guests can travel by taxi or bus towards Patlikuhl / Manali.
  •  Flight delays and cancellations are common in mountain regions, so guests should keep buffer time.

By Train

  • Nearest major railway options are Chandigarh / Kalka / Pathankot.
  •  From there, guests can take a bus or taxi towards Kullu-Manali / Patlikuhl.
